The Business Breakfast organised by KRS Attorneys-at-Law and supported by HVCA Venture-and Private Equity Association on the practical experiences of incubator investments from the view of start-ups and investors was held on 11 November 2016.
The presenters of the business breakfast were Szabolcs Hajdú the founder and CEO of Qualinnova Consulting Kft., Attila Hajba CFO of EIT Health Kft., Jenő Gászpor the CEO of AXS Motionsystem Kft. and Dr. Attila Pintér senior attorney of KRS Attorneys-at-Law. The purpose of the event was to provide practical information for start-upsas well as innovative undertakings who are at their initial stage but the participants were also given answers to their financial and legal questions arising at the stage of initial financing within the framework of the presentations. Thus, among others the issues most frequently raised relating to investments at their initial stage, the structure of the investment agreements and its typical content were discussed, but the most common misconceptions and mistakes were also recalled in connection with investments.
