The decree of the Minister for National Economy on the procedural rules governing the administering of claims under warranty and guarantee for products sold to consumers will enter into force as from the middle of May, and businesses may not depart from its provisions to the detriment of consumers. Should a business fail to comply with the decree, consumers should apply to the consumer protection authority.
